1. Use of Content

Content on this site — notes, images, solved examples, and other original educational material — is intended for learning and teaching purposes.

• Permitted: Viewing, downloading, and printing our original resources for personal study and teaching
• Not Permitted: Reproducing, redistributing, selling, or modifying our original content without prior written consent
• Not Permitted: Using our original content for commercial purposes without explicit authorization

Some pages on this site reference or provide access to third-party material, such as official textbooks or board publications. That material is not owned by Hira Science Academy — see Section 3 for how we distinguish our own content from third-party content.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the website responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

• Do Not: Engage in activities that could harm, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Do Not: Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Do Not: Spam, harass, or interfere with other users' access to educational materials
• Do Not: Upload or distribute harmful content, viruses, or malware
• Do Not: Use the platform for illegal or unethical purposes

3. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Material

This site contains two categories of material, and it's important to keep them separate:

• Hira Academy original content: notes, explanations, solved examples, and MCQs written by our own faculty (Muhammad Tayyab, MSc Mathematics; Mirza Abid Shabbir Mughal, M.Phil Chemistry) based on their own teaching. This original content belongs to Hira Science Academy.
• Official / third-party content: where a page references or links to official textbooks, board syllabus documents, or past papers, that material belongs to its original publisher or board (e.g. the relevant Punjab Curriculum & Textbook Board or BISE). We do not claim ownership of it.

Note on redistribution rights: where third-party material (such as textbook PDFs or past papers) is hosted directly on this site rather than only linked, we have not independently verified formal redistribution permission from the original publisher for every such file. This is marked here as requiring review, and we will remove or replace any file on request from the rights holder.

The Hira Science Academy name and logo are used to identify our website and services; we are not claiming they are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our original content is not permitted.

4. Educational & Accuracy Disclaimer

Our resources are prepared carefully to support learning and revision, but they are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. In particular:

• No guaranteed outcomes: we do not guarantee specific exam results, marks, admission, or any other outcome from using our resources
• Accuracy: we do not warrant that our notes and materials are fully complete, error-free, or identical to the latest official syllabus at all times
• Verify with official sources: please confirm the current official syllabus, exam dates, and board announcements directly with the relevant BISE or the Punjab Curriculum & Textbook Board — Hira Science Academy is an independent educational resource, not an official board authority
• Availability: we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website
• Third-Party Links: we are not responsible for the content or practices of linked external websites

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hira Science Academy is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

• Direct Damages: we are not liable for direct losses resulting from use of our content
• Indirect Damages: we are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages
• Data Loss: we are not responsible for data loss or corruption on your own devices

6. User Accounts (Future)

Hira Science Academy does not currently require user accounts to access educational resources. All content is freely available without registration.

If we introduce accounts in the future, additional terms will apply, including account security responsibilities and how any account data would be used, in line with our Privacy Policy at that time.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
