Browsing the notes, blog, and resource pages on this site does not require registration, and we do not ask you to submit personal information to read that content.

5. Children's Privacy & the School Student Portal

The public educational pages on hiraacademy.com.pk (notes, blog, and resource pages) do not require registration and do not knowingly collect personal information from children through those pages. If a child submits information through our Contact form, we use it only to respond, and a parent or guardian may contact us to have it removed.

Separately, our homepage links to the Govt. Christian High School Daska Student Information Portal. That portal is operated by the school for its own enrolled students (attendance, exam results, academic progress) and is a distinct system from this website. This Privacy Policy does not describe that portal's data practices; questions about it should be directed to Govt. Christian High School Daska.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable, common-sense measures to protect information submitted through this website, including serving the site over HTTPS and limiting who can access any messages submitted through our Contact form.

No method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, can be guaranteed 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We keep messages submitted through the Contact form only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and for a limited period afterward for our own records, after which they are deleted or no longer actively reviewed. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own settings, which we have not customized beyond Google's defaults.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, applicable data protection law may give you rights over information you have provided us, which can include the right to:
