PECTAA 2026 Syllabus | Punjab Board
Chapter-wise Practice with Instant Feedback & Explanations
Prepared by Muhammad Tayyab (SSE), Govt Christian High School Daska
This page offers a complete set of Class 9 Physics multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for students studying under the Punjab Board / PECTAA 2026 curriculum. The questions cover all nine chapters of the Class 9 Physics textbook used across the ten BISE boards of Punjab, and are organised so that a student can revise one chapter at a time or attempt the full paper in one sitting.
Each chapter is split into Exercise MCQs (the multiple-choice questions given at the end of the textbook chapter) and Additional MCQs (extra practice questions written to reinforce the same concepts and cover likely board-exam patterns). Students can choose to attempt Exercise only, Additional only, or All MCQs for any chapter, or take a combined test across the whole book.
Every question comes with instant feedback: once you submit an answer, the interactive test tracks your score, timing, and marked-for-review questions, and after submission you can go through a detailed review of any questions you answered incorrectly, complete with a short explanation for the correct option. This is meant to be used as a genuine self-testing and revision tool, not just a one-time quiz — students preparing for class tests, monthly tests, or the final Punjab Board Physics exam can return to any chapter as often as needed.
This resource was prepared by Muhammad Tayyab (Subject Specialist Education, SSE) at Govt Christian High School Daska, as part of the free study material offered on Hira Science Academy for Class 9 and Class 10 students across Punjab.
